Safety Guidelines
At the beginning of each weekend, the GMs for that weekend will be identified and introduced. Our policy is to have a minimum of 2 GMS in the recognisable vests. This allows players to approach them with questions without interrupting game play. If identifies GM is present, any one of the other GMs may be approached, unless they are playing an NPC role or actually playing their own character.
All weapons must be checked off before entering game play for an event. This means that the weapon is checked by one of the weekend’s organisers or their representative. All arrows should be checked ( as an organiser at an event to show how this is done) after any combat or usage. At no stage is an arrow to be picked up from the ground during a combat and reused. If you have ran out of arrows then unfortunately that is it.
If a prop is not made of foam then it is assumed that it is not suitable for combat.
The organisers, have the right to ask you to leave if it is deemed that you are acting in an unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive manner.
No one is to leave the central area either without a companion or without notifying a GM. This is for your own safety and our peace of mind.
